You can cancel your order any time before it has been “packed” to receive a full refund. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your account.
2. In your account dashboard, select “Orders” to view your recent and upcoming orders.
3. Choose the order you’d like to cancel and select the cancellation option if available.
Please note: We send a reminder email 4-5 days before any subscription renewal, allowing you the option to cancel before the renewal is processed.
If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to process a refund as our products are personalised.
Important: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically cancel any pending or renewal orders. Each order must be cancelled separately.
